Good sound but subwoofer connection problem

Sounds good but connected to a powered subwoofer and I had to get a line driver to get enough sound from the AUX out to get enough sound to get. Powerbass told me it will not send a signal to the auxiliary line for less than 75 hours. Nowhere in any literature is this mentioned. I had to call them for information.
