Update: After using every day for a month I wanted to update my review. I noticed on the remote that the color is misspelled. "Coloe" is written on the remote control. Now that doesn't affect the performance of the humidifier, but I'm curious to see how thousands of these misspellings made it through quality control. I noticed that the buttons on the humidifier itself are not set very well. Touching a button directly does not register as a press. You need to press more to the side for it to work and register a keypress. The remote doesn't work very far either, but it's still your best bet when trying to access the features of this device. Found this humidifier. The humidifier has brought tremendous benefits to my home and so far I am very, very happy with my purchase. My plants are happy, I'm happy and I think it was a good investment. If in doubt, just take it, but make sure to use distilled water. Original: I honestly wasn't expecting much, but the humidifier turned out to be a pretty good buy. I noticed straight away that my nose wasn't that dry anymore after using it at night. It worked so well that I put it next to all my plants and kept it on throughout the day. The plants are much happier and I have to water less! The light works great and is not too bright to use as a night light. I keep mine green so it's safe to use around plants in the dark. It seems pretty reliable for everyday use, and I only use distilled water so I never have to clean anything. I highly recommend this product! Thanks very much!
