Does not work reliably

This is the second radio I have bought in 2 weeks. The first one stopped working and connected to my phone. Next time the DVD mechanic collapsed and jammed the DVD into him. I really wanted this radio to work because I don't want to buy a setup kit for a typical double din and it looks cleaner. It has a lot of features, but it doesn't make sense if the radio system is unreliable. I'm going to buy a two-din pioneer.
