I bought a drive to replace my original Xbox One. I disassembled the Xbox and connected the wires to the new drive. I wanted to play the DVD and it worked fine. Went to try out a video game (Xbox One video game) and he hasn't read it. I kind of foresaw it. I received an email from "Rinber" basically saying someone should install it, either a hardware or software install. I've tried contacting Rinber and the ONLY way to contact her is through Revain. I emailed them and they said they would get back to me in about 2 days. It's been 2 days and nothing. I have interacted with Revain representatives both online and over the phone. All I got was them insulting my intelligence by saying I bought the wrong product, the product was faulty (although I had to state multiple times that I could insert and eject the DVD and the DVD was read) and asked many times if I wanted them to just process the return. They had no idea what they were talking about, Rinber doesn't exist, you don't progress quickly and spend countless hours doing it. I recommend anyone looking to buy a replacement gaming console save up and buy a new one instead.
