Review on Pizza Ceramic Baking Cooking Making by Eduardo Murillo

Our old pizza stone broke when we moved into a new house. I really wanted to try this out and see if it might be an adequate replacement. I'm happy to report that it works great! What I like most about this pizza stone is the size. When it arrived I was concerned it would be too small. After trying a frozen pizza, the pizza fitted the square shape perfectly. I thought I would miss the smaller round pizza stone handles but no. It's lightweight and compact, making it easy to pick up and move around. Cleaning was also an easy task. As previously mentioned, we used warm water and a scrubbing brush. Any excess cheese was gone immediately with no problems. I am very happy with the pizza stone so far. I look forward to trying homemade pizza here next time.
