This is the first time that I've worn 7 inch boots.

All of my other boots are 8 inches, and some are even a little taller. Between being a somewhat shorter boot, and not having a steel toe, these boots are probably the lightest boots I've ever worn.These boots fit good, they're warm and comfy, and they appear to have outstanding traction.Being a shorter boot, I was a little concerned about adequate support for my ankles, but they seem to be just fine.So far I've only worn these to work, but I'm looking forward to wearing them on my next wilderness camping trip.
