My first arrived and didn't stay charged all night. but immediately switched to another and this one works fine. high quality housing and switch. I use the same batteries in other flashlights I have so they can be easily removed and charged in the charger, or sometimes I use the USB cable that comes with it and just leave the batteries in. The clamp makes a solid impression and is easy to assemble. Not sure how it will hold up on a rough mountain trail due to its heavy weight. I bought another one for a friend and he loves it.
