I've been using Beachbody Energize Pre Workout since it was released, almost religiously. However, over the past year I have noticed less and less effectiveness of their product. This product was recommended by a friend and it does the job. After a few minutes I feel a tingling sensation and I know it's working. It has 2 scoops more caffeine than Beachbody, so I adjust it based on how energetic I'm feeling. The scent isn't necessarily my favorite, but it blends well and gets the job done. I also recently learned that storing this product in the freezer also allows for a longer shelf life, which is especially helpful if you don't use it as quickly as I do. The freezer compartment prevents the formation of lumps. :) The price is the same as Beachbody, but for a product I need half as much, the efficiency is double. I would really like to see the taste of green apple or sour watermelon.
