I have been using Leap for over two years now, in my previous role we used to do weekly interviews with other companies as well which was very time consuming so this saves me lot's o work! The reporting system could be more intuitive but its not bad at all though you can get help if needed from their team or use some softwares like Excel/Powerpoint etc., it helps us save lots of man hours by saving our precious resources that would otherwise go into doing interview calls every week plus also reduces chances of error since there are less people involved when interviewing candidates across multiple geographies (UK).
