WHAT DO YOU THINK AND WHERE IS THE FEEDBACK ON THESE PROBLEMS?

Let me start with the purchase of 4 LED Flashlights, 2 C. Crane 1/4 Speed Cassette Radios, 1 Pocket MP3 Recorder, 2 Original C.Crane Free Play Dynamo Radios start. VHF transmitters and certainly other things that I can't think of right now. Therefore, I liked the quality of all their products. That's why I'm so disappointed with this product, and here's why.1. There is no indicator to let you know the solar panel is charging, NOT GOOD! "Emergency radio from HOPE for does what it's supposed to do!"2. If you can believe it, you can buy an extra wall charger, BUT! They don't tell you that you can't start the radio with the radio on, it's ONLY for charging when the radio is off! So you can't even use it until it's fully charged, which requires an overnight charge, and that's about as specific as it gets. If you want to know what happens when you turn on the radio while it's plugged in, you hear a very loud buzz and no signal comes through the speaker. As an added penalty, forgetting the radio and leaving it plugged in "too long" will damage the internal battery.3. Also, they've included an 8 1/2 by 11 sheet of paper telling you that as of January 2013 they've added a new chip for better radio reception, which renders any runtime information in the manual meaningless. The chip consumes power, and you get one minute of power for one minute of operation. This makes the dynamo almost useless unless you plan to spin the dynamo almost constantly. Whose hand can spin for 30 minutes to get 30 minutes of replay? IF none of this matters to you, then this is the radio for you.

Pros
  • Portable A/V
Cons
