Updated 5/25/2020: I saved the tool and it works. I've used it to take my old headset out and a new one a few times when it didn't fit properly. For the money this is a good deal and it comes with a claw tool too so not too bad. The one I received is in use. I don't mind getting a used tool if I had to choose one. However, when I buy something from Revain I assume it is NEW unless otherwise stated. This has become a problem lately. The second used item I received from Revane with no mention. The entire package was sealed with tape as a return and the tools were clearly used as you can see from the scratches on the inside. So if you need a USED tool and you are satisfied with it, go for it. If you want NEW, look elsewhere. I'll probably return it on principle.
