This fits perfectly, I took size 6-8 for my 6 year old In most cases he is the right size for his age, sometimes he needs more. Love the shirt, the colors are so vibrant, we have one that looks like broken lava. I don't see it for sale anymore but I'm glad we got it before it disappeared! He loves to. It's a soft, form-fitting material that will keep you cool in the heat!
