The buttons on the remote control do not work.
I am 74 years old and on my way home. My Roku remote was old and didn't work, so I ordered a new one. The buttons were pushed all the way down and didn't work. I've tried everything --- doesn't work. I ordered another one and several keys worked. So, I have three remotes (including the old ones) and I've marked several buttons that work on each of them. It's a pain and takes time and patience. No money and no way to return to the post office. Thanks for trying
