These quick release buckles will not work without major modifications to motorcycle helmet straps. I tried installing them on three different hekmets. All factory straps are too wide to fit buckles. Wanted to send them back. When I asked for it, I first received a PDF with instructions on how to attach the buckles. When I emailed again that they wouldn't work I was allowed to return them but had to pay for postage which was around $3. About half of what they originally cost. Beware of such situations if you want to buy these things. I didn't return them. I will throw them away or give them to a cyclist.
