I like how it's easy for me as an admin, not only can i see my quotes but also have them categorized by customer or account so its very helpful when working in multiple accounts at once! It would help if there was more options within each category such us adding notes/comments etc., however this isn't something we're actively looking into right now since everything works well enough already :) We use CCI software which helps organize all aspects including quotations from different vendors (as long they are using their own version).
