Self-closing mechanism makes drawers difficult to close

Stable drawer guide. Looks good and easy to assemble with the screws provided. The only problem I have is the self-locking mechanism. When the drawer is about 3/4 inch tall, a mechanism is activated that pulls it all the way out. Maybe it's related to the set I have or it could be a feature. The drawer pull appears to hit a 3/4 inch barrier where the mechanism hooks rather than moving entirely smoothly. Anyway - they work and they are installed.

Pros

Installing and Sizing Drawer Slides: Measure drawer length to determine slide length. The length of the rail must not exceed the depth of the drawer. Easy installation, it is installed on the side of the drawer, you can see the installation steps introduction when you pull it down.
