Review on Mindswarms by Billy Braggs

The surveys are great! We do not have to hire someone else as we can do it all via our mobile team ourselves. Sometimes our customers don't receive surveys after taking them, so it forces us to resend later. I would like to see some analytics on this in front of me. This is for my business so that I can get feedback from people about their experiences with us once they take a survey. I need the data about if they actually took the survey or if they did nothing at all. Mindswams made it easier to provide our clients with information about their experience with us. They help us know what people think of us. I like that it is easy to use, you don't need any technical knowledge for this tool as everything can be done through your phone or computer! The platform has been great so far with no complaints at all from my side (it's very simple). It would have helped if they had more surveys available in Spanish language - but overall we are satisfied by their service thusfar; nothing yet negative about mind swams product/service either way-we've received good feedbacks already which makes us happy :).
