One of the eight units failed (temperature dropped 30F) and Revain issued a prorated refund for it. Not great, but I didn't need all eight right away, so it's not scary either. Humidity at seven work units is in the +-2% range, which is well below the 5% rating. The temperature is barely within +-2F of the nominal range, so I wouldn't rely on it when the best is required. The units ship with the battery installed and active (no tab) so this may need to be replaced sooner than expected. I can recommend this for non-critical use cases.
