readings across the whole lot of 8. I put all 8 evenly spaced on a table in the garage and checked them and the temp an hour later read 56 to 63. The humidity read 37 to 50. I have 3 of the 8 that are close. that's what a good deal is at this price point.

You get what you pay for. I bought to give me a general idea of humidity and temperature and they do. Accuracy is a bit questionable, 5 or 6% anyway. A little more than advertised, but they do the job. If you need more accuracy, please choose another brand. If you just want a stadium they are great.

Glad you have a lot of these because after a few months I have 3 out of 8 that have developed serious inaccuracies or stopped working. Those that "work" are often 5-10 percentage points inaccurate, and one is 20 percentage points inaccurate. Mostly useless if you want to fall within the advertised 2% accuracy range.

One of the eight units failed (temperature dropped 30F) and Revain issued a prorated refund for it. Not great, but I didn't need all eight right away, so it's not scary either. Humidity at seven work units is in the +-2% range, which is well below the 5% rating. The temperature is barely within +-2F of the nominal range, so I wouldn't rely on it when the best is required. I opened the packaging and found that all sensors show the same readings. As they sat on my counter and adjusted to the humidity, they all switched to the same humidity level of +/- 1%. put in a jar works as it should. Within a week they all settled down to the 62% RH listed on the humidity packaging. The relative humidity in my house is 50% (+/-5%). The sensors seem to be working great. No more constant checks and guesswork; one look tells me if everything is as it should be. I am happy with…

I bought sensors to keep in guitar cases to monitor humidity (40-60% range). None of the pack was within 5%. I set the humidity in this room at 45%, then turned it off until it dropped to 40 and turned it back on. My PROTME moisture meter reads 41.0 and my humidifier says it's currently 42.5. But all these little digital gauges from AUTIDEFY read less than 30. his PROTME for 10 minutes and opened the case, it showed 53%. So I trust PROTME and HUMIDiTRAk, but not these little gimmicks.
