Review on 🔥 Kidde Hardwired Smoke Alarm with Lithium Battery Backup, Interconnect, Test-Silence Button, Pack of 2 - Smoke Detectors by Joe Roberts

When we bought a house in the summer of 2018, a builder delivered this to me. They must have a ten year battery and are hardwired together. Sounds good! Then, in the summer of 2020, the one in my bedroom accidentally went off a couple of times. BUT THEN the one in my 8 month old daughter's room DIED in the middle of the night. Zero warning, it started squeaking at 2am! He was less than three years old. We replaced it. Then last night they started randomly squeaking and saying "FIRE" three times and then shutting down. (There was no fire, by the way.) This happened every thirty minutes for two hours until I snatched it from the nursery. I'm so tired of these things. I'd rather change the batteries.
