After it was finally assembled I really liked this trolley - good size, very strong and beautiful. Assembly is a daunting task - 17 parts and 91 parts hardware and tools (for the record, I'm a 68-year-old single woman with a decent tool kit and the ability to follow instructions). The instructions were pretty basic - all the pictures - but sometimes I really wish I had an extra pair of hands. Some tips. The accessories are shrink-wrapped in two boxes. Carefully separate and label any screws etc. in small cups or zip-lock bags before you begin or you will be in trouble. The assembly of the box is very cumbersome - I just decided not to use the box at all. It looks good without it too, and you'll have more headroom on the top shelf if you just ditch the drawer. Finally, you need some tools beyond those provided. The wrench that came with it is the wrong size so I used my own, the allen key is quite small so I used the one I have with the handle and you need a good Phillips head screwdriver. Just be patient and feel free to curse and you will succeed.
