There are no instructions and there is no link in the description where to find them.

complete set is good. However, there are no instructions included. As other customers have pointed out there is a book available for purchase so this should be mentioned and included in the description. This is not a startup project. A person should be reasonably familiar with hooking up and programming microcontrollers.
