I am a retired hairdresser and use many similar products. Some professional level and some pharmacy level. First this item arrived with the lid removed and all items at the bottom in the shipping envelope. After I managed to get the product back in the bottle, I gave it a try. The sprayer didn't work at first. Finally got the pump working a bit (still depends on pump working). You can really get good root lifting with this product. In fact, I was somewhat surprised and impressed by the height of the climb. My silver hair seems to get "duller" than professional products. It's also harder to brush/comb the next day. It has a sticky or sticky feel (like all similar products) which helps you achieve a tightening effect. I would definitely start with a small amount and add more as needed. It works, I wouldn't use it without shampoo for several days in a row.
