Review on Voltage Pole Packard C130A Contactor by Sean Webb

I ordered this contactor - overnight delivery - from Free Shipping LLC on Thursday. I received it on Friday at 3pm b4 and installed it later in the day. 3 days and so far everything works. I'll have to wait and see how long it lasts. The same contactor (same manufacturer and same part number) was installed on my heat pump in the summer of 2012. It worked intermittently the following winter and finally went out of service this summer - summer 2013. I'll be sure to check a new contactor every month to make sure there aren't any ants or other debris blocking or around the contacts. (I saw no sign of contamination in the faulty contactor.) I cleaned the unit while waiting for the contactor to be delivered (removed the heat pump casing, removed all debris and debris, especially debris that had formed clogs around the coils ). ). I hope this will help the device work more efficiently and maybe even extend the life of the contactor. To do this, be sure to turn off the thermostat and/or turn on the thermostat and pull the switch outside next to the heat pump. b4 when operating and/or cleaning the heat pump or air conditioning system.
