The vinyl was fine but the packaging wasn't great

The vinyl was fine but the roll came rolled tightly with large stickers to keep it closed. The decals wouldn't come off and the bottom 3 inches of my vinyl was useless except as salvaged scrap between the decal patches. It was ok for my project, but if I needed the whole roll I would have been out of luck. .
