Loud. So loud. good for engine cooling and air conditioning

The item was easy to install but that is more Subaru related. When I received the item I noticed that it was weighted on certain blades to keep it balanced. That obviously didn't work since it's the noisiest fan motor. sounds like the helicopter follows the car wherever you go.
