No sound stage! for amplifier

All reviewers can only reflect their subjective opinion. So please take my opinion of this little amp with a grain of salt. Bought this amp based on the many positive reviews. I've tried many Class D amps over the past decade, including some expensive ones. All previous disappointments. Most of the time they were too bright for my liking. After hooking up this Aiyima amp to my living room system, paired with an efficient set of Klipsch kg4 speakers, I tested the amp across many genres of music. Here is a summary of my observations: the sound is decent, but the high frequencies seemed too harsh, the power is very sufficient. More than enough for my system. Everything is centered, including the side tools, which shouldn't get in the way. soundstage. abominable. everything was crammed into the middle between my speakers, with absolutely no depth or height. That was true no matter what I played. There is no air at all between the instruments. Even. Do you know the beginning of the song "Here Comes the Sun" by the Beatles? The guitar starts on the left channel and briefly fades to the right channel before George starts singing. Great in headphones but also good in speakers. With this Aiyima amp, all those musical movements have practically disappeared. The fade started in the middle and barely moved. Well, maybe I had a bad block. But I was so disappointed that I sent it back. Good volume and decent tonality couldn't overcome this lack of soundstage.
