Online Shopping with RPNB Was a Horrible Experience

The last time I used the RPNB web store, it was the worst shopping experience of my life. Everything that could go wrong did go wrong, beginning to end. To begin, I found their website to be painfully sluggish and clumsily designed. It took forever to just look through their hunting and outdoor gear, and then the checkout procedure was even more tedious than it already was. It took me well over an hour to finish my buy because of the numerous problems I had at checkout. When my order eventually came, it was missing multiple items for which I had already paid. I tried to contact RPNB's customer service department for assistance, but they were unreachable and useless. Even after all the hoops I jumped through, it took weeks for me to finally receive a refund for the missing goods. In general, RPNB's web business is not one I'd advise patrons to visit. They have a horrendous website, a frustrating checkout procedure, and terrible customer service. Avoid the hassle and go elsewhere.
