I like that it has easy access to bid results from other sources (bids) so we can have more information when entering our own bidders in this system. It's also good because it helps us see what is going out there as well. There are some features which need improvement such as how many pages each page should be set at, or maybe even add an option where if someone wants their report sent through email instead than saved onto your computer they could select that? Some people may think its too complicated but once everything gets used to it works great! You'll definitely find yourself using BIF often! As mentioned before having extra info available makes my job easier! I like that it's easy to use, and they have tons of resources available from their team (both technical support as well as training). There are some features which are missing compared to other platforms like SmartBid. And sometimes when working in Teamspeak or Discord there is lag time where you can't see everyone. But overall this software has helped our small business grow by leaps and bounds since using them!
