Review on Lurch by Chris Wilson

I recently bought four storage containers from Lurch, and I was unhappy with the service I received. Finding the things I was looking for took me longer than I had anticipated because the website was challenging to browse. I was shocked to learn that some of the products in my order had been damaged during transportation. It was obvious that not enough care was taken to guarantee that the things arrived in acceptable condition, despite their claims of dependable shipping. The products' poor quality only made issues worse. The closet organizers were challenging to put together and didn't fit together properly, and the plastic storage bins were flimsy and felt like they would shatter easily. Overall, I wasn't happy with my Lurch experience. They did a poor job with their products and shipping, therefore I wouldn't suggest them to anyone else looking for storage and organization options.
