I wanted to provide some pictures because some said they wished the pins could be removed so they could carry the noodles into the pot. I think this method of gently lifting the entire top (see photo; make sure you grab the center) is even easier if you want to get a large batch into your pot. This seems more stable than individual pins and you're more likely to add all the pasta to the pan at once to ensure they cook evenly for the same amount of time. Also, as you can see, I tend to curl all my large leaves before cutting. If it dries a little on the grill, you'll get the perfect haircut! Very happy with this rack. Huge improvement for my pasta making. Enjoy!
