I bought this muscle roller after seeing an advert for a similar product at 3 times the price. Before this purchase, I massaged the fascia of the leg muscles with a small double roller or a therapy ball. That works great! I was concerned that the cheaper cost would mean cheaper materials or a fragile frame. That's not the case. Everything is solid in there. The hole between the balls is small enough to use on your hands. The frame is strong enough to put the pressure you need, but if you want you can grab the handles and use less force. I am very happy with this purchase and have recommended it to my workout friends.
