MTX said they would not support their product
The first one broke the same way. The second collapsed without leaving the garage. A plastic-on-metal design is clearly a bad design. The collar doesn't even fit the safety bar. MTX does not guarantee this and does not recommend its product. Don't waste your money on it. It won't last.
