Cheap and flimsy: Garbage Bags
They tear very easily. I bought these for a large trash can and they fit, but there's no way you can fit 33 gallons of regular trash in this bag without it ripping once you try to get it out of the trash can. I will only use them to close the inside of the bin and then toss the bin straight into my bin instead of tying up a bag and lugging it into the dumpster. They would be perfect for throwing scraps of paper or something light.
