I like that you can use your own personal phone number for incoming calls instead of having to pay more per minute than what is normal for landlines or cell phones (which would be much higher). It's also nice there are no contracts required so if it doesn't work out then they don’t have any obligation to continue service! Not anything specific but just overall dislike how difficult customer support was at times when trying to get help from them via email/live chat etc.. Don't waste time using this app as all their services will not allow customers who aren't paying members access unless someone else pays up first which defeats purpose since most people won't want others calling after hours without being able to call back themselves. This allows me to answer my business line directly rather than dealing through another party such as voicemail where sometimes messages go unanswered due to employees forgetting about important things until later. I have been working for this firm since 2013 as IT support technician but my job duties are broadening ever day to include more than just tech stuff! My boss is always asking me questions about other companies products that he can't figure out himself so it's great when you get asked something like "hey do your coworkers use X product?" or even better how would they solve problem Y?
