I wish it had higher settings or at least options. There are no switches to turn on or off. I use a regular glass coffee mug and it's ok. When the cup is full it stays warm but not hot, half warmer but if I stir it it gets warmer. I'd say there's a quarter cup left and it's hot, but the A/C blows on it all the time, which is why I bought it. I can't walk in bed like this and always ask for a warm-up on the mic. In the end, after the third time, the coffee became disgusting, and I didn't even drink half until a new one was made for me, and now I drink it all.
