UPDATE: I originally gave it 1 star but then realized I made a mistake installing it. My original car headlights were switched to ground, which depends on the ground path through the inactive filament (high or low) in the halogen bulb. This causes current to flow through the diodes in these headlights, resulting in a faintly flickering light output. Some replacement H4 LED headlights are compatible with ground side circuits, but these specific models are not. These lights require a switched power supply with a permanent ground connection to function properly. I was able to solve this by adding high and low beam relays controlled by the factory floor side headlight switch in my truck. When activated, the relays provide switching power to the headlights as they are designed to receive. After disassembly I was very happy with the result! I've tried several inexpensive 7" DOT Approved LED headlights on various vehicles and these are by far the best I've used. Very clean light and about as bright as the factory LED headlights on my Mercedes-Benz. I'm happy with my purchase, especially for the price, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a solution to replace LED headlights for less than $500. If you have a low side switch like mine you can buy a "converter kit" or just add some automotive SPST relays like I did. Headlights when I was completely unlucky and got a few bad blocks. They are not as bright as halogen. I'd say closer to fog lights than headlights in brightness. They flicker and the radiation pattern is not as good as advertised. Not nearly the more expensive models they claim to compete with.
