I like the personalized approach they take with their clients. I have never felt that my needs are not addressed or that I am being treated as an individual. They are very professional and do what they say they will do. There was nothing about the program that I did not like. The only thing I disliked was that it took too long to get started. If you need to lose weight, then this is the place for you. It has helped me in so many ways. I have lost over 25 pounds since starting there. This has been so helpful, both physically and mentally. My blood pressure has gone down, my cholesterol is now normal, and I have more energy.
