Hooray for those who actually make it work. Successfully completed the 10 most difficult UGears models. I've been at this for about a year and am revising to try and get everything working. Others have identified key issues. Gears are constantly blocked. Permissions are the problem. Disassembled, recycled, re-waxed, the parts re-sanded, and then everything may work at this stage, but it will fail again at the next stage. Previous Steps Same as current step again. The design concept looks great, and it seems like a lot of effort went into the 'running' horse, but it didn't work in the tree. UGears models like this show great ingenuity in design. It just doesn't work this time. I think it's good that some important spare parts are included in the kit, although they didn't have to be used on this model.
