This product is easy to adjust and easy on easy off I'm not what you would call a fitness buff but I'm trying to get into better shape and increase my speed in transition when I play basketball so it helps with one more than the other but I'm in an area where I do a lot of hiking for personal excercise and it will make the hiking more intense and progressive
