The voltmeter function is useful, not very accurate but useful.
With all the hype surrounding bizarre electronics charging circuitry, it was disappointing to find that the voltage reading was about 0.2 volts above the voltage range I've experienced (from about 11 to over 14 volts, the latter when charging from solar). My ScanGauge and a separate voltmeter agree with this assessment. I chose this device because of the voltmeter function. But even without using it to ask enough to comment on that use I gave it three stars.
