I am using the second of these products and they both had the same problem. There is no second drive. I go to explorer and it only sees the C: drive. I have already sent one back and really don't want to send another one back. I sent a message to Beelink support and hopefully will get a response soon. darn it! I had such hopes for it. Part 2: I got a message from them and they told me to format my SSD! Maybe someone can tell me how this magically makes my HD appear. I responded by trying their method and telling them it didn't work. I also told them I don't see how it would help find my HD. I received a message this morning suggesting another way to format an SSD! I send it today. Maybe they just had a bad production run the day both of my marriages ended. It's really sad because I have two other bilinks that work fine. At least now we know that their customer support is unreliable.
