At first I was disappointed with the product, gave it 1 star and was willing to return it. Immediately afterwards, I was contacted by customer service and everything was done to solve the problem. I'm waiting for a replacement but since they were willing to fix the problem I changed my rating to five stars. I felt that there is someone who takes care of my needs and that is important to me. I end up choosing a product based on the design and description that suits my needs, so I try it. They earn it.
