The easy to use platform, great customer support team who are always willing/able help you out of hours if needed! I really like that they have integrated with our CRM so we can easily transfer leads from their system into ours in real-time via Zapier integrations (this is something other platforms don't do). We've been able streamline some processes as well - for example using them instead an email list builder tool saves us time by doing this ourselves manually which allowed more focus be put towards new lead generation activities rather than administrative tasks such as managing emails lists etc.
