Review on 🥪 Lodge LPP3 Cast Iron Square Ribbed Panini Press: 8.25-inch Panini Maker & Grill by Jon Larjin

I just got this press and have used it a few times already. It seems to be working quite well so far. I haven't seasoned it yet, but it really doesn't stick to much, no more than my old electric panny press. It's decently weighted, but you'll need to apply a lot of pressure and hold it down if you like deep grill marks. I've found that on gas #3 it leaves slight grill marks, but melts the cheese really well, so the next sandwich can be turned up a notch to see if the grill marks darken without burning. The only thing that worries me is that I wish it was a bit bigger so I could make two panini sandwiches at the same time. Oh! and the handle gets very hot so oven mitts are a must!
