This is a good chair with many adjustments. However, it does not have a spring-loaded tilting mechanism. You can unlock the chair with a lever, tilt the chair to the angle you want, and then lock it in place, but that's about it. The chair is hard at this angle. You can leave the lever unlocked and if you lean back it comes back very easily but you almost fall out of your chair. I guess it's my fault for not looking closely at the description. But I wrongly assumed that a chair of this price and performance class automatically had this feature.
