The neighbor's dog kept barking when the owners weren't home. They tried to tell the owners that they should do something, but they argued that "it's just nature" and their dog "should be allowed to roam free". Well, instead of escalating a confrontation, I decided to give it a try by placing it in front of the window. I have to say the barking has stopped!
