I have a polycarbonate stemless wine glass that I really like. The difference is still in the weight and the rim. I was hoping they were a little heavier. Once you've finished your drink, it doesn't take long for a gentle breeze to sweep it across the courtyard. The rim is also a bit smooth, but not shiny/polished like glass or plastic cups. The packaging is great! When I decide to double the money and buy plastic drinkware, I know my son and his wife are going to LOVE them! They are famous glass breakers! Rzhunimagu! This would make a perfect Christmas present or 'just because' gift. My dishwasher broke so I haven't had a chance to start it yet. (I tested 1 in case I decide to give them away.) They're nice to have at home as I have all the tiles and cleaning the glass when it breaks is a nightmare. So far I've gotten along well with them. To update. I noticed weirdness on one I've been using for 2 weeks. I only hand washed it and didn't drop it at all so I don't know why this happens?
