This is a pretty cool little device! Firstly, the device itself appears to be fairly well made and I had no issues with the general build quality. There's a plastic tube you breathe through and there's a detachable piece on top of the main computer and gear. It's important to note that inside the white tube is a transparent piece of material that almost looks like a very thin piece of plastic (I'm not sure what it's made of). Just be careful not to pierce this part as it seems a bit fragile (although I'm sure it should be). It charges via USB Type-C and charges within hours. I charged via the power bank, there were no problems. Once fully charged, it was very easy to set up and connect to the app. The app is very well made and really guides you through the different exercises and tasks and really helps to provide a lot of information about what it does and how it measures. Be sure to follow the directions for best results. I had to do this multiple times to be sure. I haven't been using this for very long, but I really like this concept. I have no way of verifying if this is correct or not, but based on what I know about myself and the results I got from it, I think it's pretty accurate. Keep in mind that this should not be used to diagnose or treat anything and be sure to consult your doctor if you have breathing problems. All in all, this is a really cool piece of tech that seems to be doing its job pretty well. Spring. It's easy to set up and use, and I never thought I'd need (or want) it until I used it for the first time. Again, I'm very impressed with how the app works, how customizable and simple it is. If you love health or just curious, I highly recommend this!
