Wood or leather texture (if you bought the tan shade) makes the case comfortable to hold. The smooth matte curved edges don't look like TPU plastic. The buttons are easy to press with the case on. That's it, the front of the phone doesn't have enough height, if you lay the phone face down it will probably be about 1-1.5mm from the front of the phone. Now, if you put a tempered glass screen protector, the case may not work well, especially if you use the shrink feature, depending on which one you get. When wirelessly charging with a pixel stand, you'll be hit and miss with a case most of the time, wood or leather on the case can get in the way. Overall the case is excellent and despite these concerns I am keeping this phone case.
